The annual prize giving dinner dance will take place at the end of this month. Please make sure that those hotly contested trophies are available to be collected on the night by returning those that you won last year to the club, engraved and polished – the deadline was the end of October!
If you intend to come along to the annual dinner (30th November at the Castle Inn) could you please send your cheques and choices from the attached menu, together with any seating preferences, to Claire Duncan by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), post or in person by 6 November. The price per head is £30 and this includes a live band. We are aiming for a 6.30pm for 7pm start to try to ensure there is two hours dancing time.
If you want to book a room do it quickly to ensure you get the reduced rates!
